Rulett Kennels owns and breeds Portuguese Water Dogs that are sound and healthy of mind and body, are clever and beautiful and are capable of competing in the Breed ring, Obedience ring and Performance rings equally, but first, and foremost, they are wonderful family companions. All breeding stock is health tested - CHEDS Hips & Elbows, ACES, PRA, JDCM, CCDA, GM1, DM, Microphthalmia Syndrome, EOPRA, parentage and colour. Also ACES Eye Certified (both adults and all litters before sale). All certification is available on request. Rulett - NO chances taken.

About Rulett Kennels:

I acquired my first PWD in 2002 and she is the ONLY Conformation, Obedience and Endurance Test titled PWD bitch in Australia - Grand Ch Luerace Coco Chanel ., . "Holly Dog". Her son Bruno holds similar titles Ch Rulett Dive Dive Dive ., ., .

She is also the FIRST and ONLY Australian Bred PWD to hold these titles and the FIRST PWD bitch to become a Grand Champion in Australia.

Holly Dog is by far the most Show, Obedience and Working titled PWD in the country.

I imported a bitch in whelp from Sweden in May 2006 - Biley's Happy Hazard - and she whelped a litter of 6 on June 16th, from Swedish Ch Gnupens Skoningslosa Matrix (Sweden). There were 6 puppies in the litter, 2 dogs and 4 bitches, and I kept a dog and bitch, Rulett Set Thsails Foroz (IID) "Wombat" and Rulett Devocean (IID) "Miss Pringle", to go on with.

Both became Aust Champions and Wombat has also gained his Supreme Champion and Endurance Test titles.

Hazard also gained her Australian and Swedish Champion titles and whelped a litter of three pups in April 2008 to Ch Sunnyhill Quicksilver Wind N Sails (Imp USA).

Hazard and Holly Dog are the foundation bitches of my Rulett lines.

I have imported/used breeding stock from Sweden, Norway, Canada, USA, NZ, UK and exported stock to Sweden, ., Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hawaii and New Zealand.
