Camuka Golden Retrievers was established in 1991 Jane has been involved with Golden's for over 40 years, initially in her home country of NZ and now based in Ballarat Victoria. Jane has worked in the veterinary industry for many years, (as a Territory sales manager, as a vet nurse) and she was also involved in Pet education in primary schools and kindergartens.

Jane has been a member of the GRCV for 30 years, and also the Victorian National Breed Representative for many years. She is passionate about responsible breeding, and helping people buy from reputable breeders. Jane is very actively involved in the breed, she manages a large Facebook support group on Golden Retriever puppies, and has recently published her first book on raising a happy healthy puppy. This guide book has been very successful

Camuka is a small & select kennel we have been successful breeding and showing our Goldens. The majority of our puppies are sold as family companions, while some of our puppies have been very successful in the show ring, at obedience, and as assistance dogs. We usually have a long wait list for our puppies as we only breed several litters per year.
