I am an ethical breeder of Golden Retrievers in rural Spring Terrace on 16 acres near Orange. I breed for temperament, health and soundness. Parents hip/elbow scored, eye, heart, DNA and general health certificates to have a great start towards getting you get a happy healthy puppy. Pups have a great temperament, reared in home environment for the first 8 weeks so they have all my time and care. I use the Puppy Culture method of early neurological stimulation to enable a happy, socially successful, and trainable puppy. Puppies are played with daily when old enough and socialised with other dogs and children as well as acclimated to loud noises, various underfoot surfaces and stimulated play experiences. They are used to the big outdoors as well as crate trained by the time they're ready go to their new home. Puppies come with a puppy information folder and puppy pack which includes puppy food, bowls, collar and lead, toys and their own cuddly bed that will smell of home to help them settle into their new home as well as 6 weeks pet insurance. Camuka Golden Retrievers was established in 1991 Jane has been involved with Golden's for over 40 years, initially in her home country of NZ and now based in Ballarat Victoria. Jane has worked in the veterinary industry for many years, (as a Territory sales manager, as a vet nurse) and she was also involved in Pet education in primary schools and kindergartens. Jane has been a member of the GRCV for 30 years, and also the Victorian National Breed Representative for many years. She is passionate about responsible breeding, and helping people buy from reputable breeders. Jane is very actively involved in the breed, she manages a large Facebook support group on Golden Retriever puppies, and has recently published her first book on raising a happy healthy puppy. This guide book has been very successful Camuka is a small & select kennel we have been successful breeding and showing our Goldens. The majority of our puppies are sold as family companions, while some of our puppies have been very successful in the show ring, at obedience, and as assistance dogs. We usually have a long wait list for our puppies as we only breed several litters per year.
