Home to the Australian Coton De Tulear we breed quality not quantity, with a responsible proven breeding program, producing healthy, loving, developmentally well socialised puppies. We breed special puppies for loving homes. Our puppies, pet only, are $6,600(incl GST) which includes vet health checks, microchipping, 1st vaccination, puppy insurance, parentage DNA testing, and registration with Dogs Queensland who issues puppy's pedigree certificate into their new family's name. We accept $1,600 deposits on deposit contracts from loving homes wanting to secure a Cotonrun puppy. This breed's qualities include no smell, non-shedding easy to care for coat, highly intelligent, easy to train, gets on with other pets, and great family pet, especially for allergy sufferers and special needs families. Caring for the quality of your puppy begins long before he is born. For us, breeding is not just mating two dogs of the same breed. We carefully study breeding lines for health and temperament. Understanding the limited genetic pool of toy poodles in Australia, due to the remoteness of our country from the rest of the world and the difficulties associated with quarantine, we invest a huge amount of effort, time and money in bringing new blood. Only the best in conformation, temperament and health dogs participate in our breeding program. We carefully select breeding pairs to get the best puppies. Our dogs are part of our family. They live in our house, receive the best food and care. All our animals are vaccinated and free of parasites or infections. They walk on the lawn on our 2.5 acre lot or, if the weather doesn't favor walking, we learn commands or relax in the air-conditioned space. A couple of times a month we attend dog shows - this is a great opportunity to socialize dogs and communicate with like-minded people ourselves. We are interested in the development of the breed, and not just in reproduction. We set ourselves two goals - to return red and apricot toy poodles to the Australian show rings (over the past decade, red toy poodles in Australia have degenerated due to a lack of new blood) and to enable true connoisseurs of red toy poodles to purchase a truly high-quality dog - a beautiful, problem-free with excellent mentality and health. The owners of our puppies are pleased with healthy, beautiful dogs. We are always in touch with our furkids, always ready to answer any questions. We also arrange picnics for our puppy owners. To us, our name represents the most important aspect of the German Shepherd breed and that is temperament. We aim to guarantee that our dogs abide to all breeding standards and strive to improve the breed itself, and understand that excellent temperament and soundness always comes first. Our kennel is growing, having recently acquired some excellent bloodlines. We will continue to add new bloodlines, as we aim to contribute to the betterment of German Shepherds in Australia. We comply with all the guidelines of the Australian National Kennel Council, the GSD Club of Queensland and the Canine Control Council. All our dogs are x-rayed for both hips and elbows and breed surveyed. Our dogs are all DNA tested and tested for Degenerative Myelopathy and Haemophilia so your puppy will never get either one of these. We also ensure that we only use stud dogs of high caliber, good bloodlines and excellent temperament. Our results in the show ring are also starting to speak for themselves. Our Puppies: We pride ourselves on breeding dogs of high standard, sound temperament and lovely natures, that are not only a pleasure to own, but dogs that will become an integral part of your family, who you will not only fall in love with but wonder how you lived without! We do not use dogs that have not conformed with various schemes that are in place with the governing bodies whether here or overseas including the hip/elbow scheme. Some of our dogs have received their certificates/passes overseas prior to us importing them; others that we have bred or bought are checked in Australia. We will not use dogs that have nasty or aggressive temperaments as this generally passes onto their offspring, nor will we use any animal with a known genetic fault. Our dogs are our family members first and for-most, show dogs second. Our dogs are not treated like kennel dogs and spend their days running free and playing and they are brought up together. People are stunned when they come to our house seeing so many German Shepherds, young and old, male and female running and playing together. Our babies are allowed to go to their new homes once they have turned 8 weeks of age and would have had the following: - Their first vaccination C3 (given at 6 weeks of age); - Micro-chipped; - DNA Tested - Heartworm treatment from age of two weeks - Worming treatment from age of two weeks - Flea/Tick treatment from the age of two weeks - Puppy Pack loaded with goodies and in depth informational guides, and training tools to help with the transition of your new family member. All our babies are sold with full registered pedigree paperwork. We sell all our puppies on a Main Register (not limited).
